Reactive Support

Reactive support is provided through our SupportSystem. All TechnologyAZ clients have their own account center which enables access to the SupportSystem. The SupportSystem features a trouble ticket system which allows clients to report problems, view ticket progress, and research previous incident resolutions.

After a problem is reported it is reviewed and handled by our three service methods:

  • Self Service - For issues regarding computer operation.
  • Remote Support - For issues unresolved by self service a technician remotely connects to the computer.
  • On-Site Service - For issues unresolved by remote support a technician is scheduled for on-site service.
